Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the made-to-order nature of our products; all sales are final. Each print is produced specifically for you at the time of your order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown, we will make it right — at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Email us at returns@poeticprintstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at returns@poeticprintstudio.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately at returns@poeticprintstudio.com if you need to cancel.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Digital downloads or gift cards

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
