Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are made to order and typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & UK: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Please note: These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our print-on-demand partner. Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Contact us at admin@poeticprintstudio.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will do our best to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Address changes can only be made before the order enters production.
